Complete these steps

Access System Settings.
Select the right arrow to proceed to page 2.
Select Sensor Bar.
Select Sensor Bar Position.
Select whether the Sensor Bar will be positioned Above or Below the TV.
Select Confirm to save the changes.
For optimal performance, make sure the Sensor Bar is in the selected position.
